Payment and Shipping
We accept MasterCard, Visa, and American Express for all orders. Please note that unless credit has been extended by The Broadway Wig Company all orders must be pre-paid. Orders will go out as soon as payment is received. Repeat customers can receive COD deliveries.
Returns are accepted at our discretion and will be given a credit towards future orders. We do not offer cash refunds. Returns should be sent UPS or Insured Mail with proof of delivery. We are not responsible for returns if these precautions are not taken, and we will not be responsible for returns until they are received. Wigs must be returned in original packaging and in the same condition in which they were received.
Lace Fronts and Hand Ventilated Wigs
Certain productions will require the use of very realistic handmade lace fronts. Because of the tedious process please allow 2 to 4 weeks for delivery.
The Broadway Wig Company will ship your order UPS. The cost of shipping will be included in your total price. In case of emergencies or if desired, we will ship via UPS Red (overnight). The additional cost is $16.00 for the first pound and $2.00 for each additional pound.
